My boss told me the other day that "Tricia has been talking about you" in front of Tricia, and she covered her face. Then my boss said "look into his eyes" and Tricia was trying to laugh, but nothing came out (like when you have a nightmare and try to scream but cant, only with laughter instead). Does that mean she likes me? Seems like it but I wanted to get your opinions.

I think she does like you. Catch your boss while he/she's alone and ask how the conversation between the two of them went.
You could also leave a small gift for her from a secret admirer. If she comes to you and asks about it, she likes you. If she doesn't like you...she'll go out of her way to make sure she doesn't bump into you.

If she is really shy then she might, but if she is outgoing then she probably said something about you that she didn't mean to say - out of context
