Siberian Huskies ofcourse..
They are strong, compact working dogs. They come in all colors from black to pure white usually with white paws and legs, facial markings, and tail tip. They have different coat markings also. The most notable being biscuit shadings and pie-bald. The eyes are almost shaped, and can be of blue, brown, amber or, any other combination. Ears are triangular, well-furred, medium-sized, and erect and has fox-like brush tail. They have a thick wooly undercoat and a soft outer coat. They can easily withstand temperatures as low as -58 degrees to -76 degreesF (-50 to -60 degrees C). They tend to have a wolf-like appearance.
These dogs are gentle and loving, but willful and mischievous sometimes. Huskies are very fond of his or her family. They are clever, easy going, sociable and loving.

I have had both. I am a wolf handler. You must remember this...
NEITHER ANIMAL IS A DOG!!!!! Wolves and Wolf Hybrids demand a lot of respect. Mine got along fine in my family and with my other pets. Mine were peace keepers... always stepped in at the first sight of negative actions rather it was between humans or animals. They are beautiful animals but I have spent years of studying with these animals. I do not recommend going out and getting one as a pet. Wolves on a whole are very misunderstood. They are naturally a very gentle animal when handled properly. A lot of people think a wolf cross is a neat pet. They see them as they do a dog as a pet. They are not the same at all. Your question is very general and hard to directly answer. Just please do not go out and get one unless you fully understand what is involved.

I love my wolf/husky cross!! (pics of him on my 360 account)
We're getting another one in a year too! It would be hard to say which I like better cause I'm biased...heehee...all are great dogs, but beware about the "laws" persay in your town cause wolf hybrids are very misunderstood and a lot of people fear them...thus the reputation...however they are as gentle as can be (it's all in the owner!!) Wolf crosses do have more of a tendancy to be biters so the training must be instilled at a young age, I wouldn't recommend a stray or rescue wolf mix!

Haha...see what I mean they have a bad rep (person below)...wolf/husky mixes are quite common and YES they can be GREAT pets...my pup is only 4 months old and knows all the commands you could possibly think of, perfect obidence, has no dominance issues at all he knows where he ranks in the pack and is so content, also never uses his mouth on us...we can even go to grab a toy he's playing with and as soon as our fingers touch his teeth he backs off....it's all in the training!! And keeping on any problems that arise!

It would be wise to go with a husky. Wolves and wolf mixes are and never were meant to be kept as "pets." Simply due to the fact of their "wild" nature. They may be sweet and loving, but all it takes is 1 time for it to get the nature in itself and you have turned from owner to enemy in it's domain. Also in some states you need papers if it's past a certain percentage of wolf

Keeping wolves and wolf hybrids is illegal in most states (far too dangerous) without proper gaming licenses.
