We've not heard from him for oh...about 2 thousand years. Unless if you count the claims of Mr. Mormon :).

Has he forsaken the human race because of its hopelessness and stupidity? Has he gone to the planet SXsoidjfosidjfs in attempt to create a more intelligent race?

I agree with you, in theory. If God did exist, and created the world and had a hand in all we read in the Bible, then it doesn't make sense that He would all of a sudden disappear and forsake his people; times change and so do the circumstances of God's people. So...I guess the Mormons are right.

WHY would God quit talking to man in our day? Does He not love us as much as the ancient people? I don't believe that.
He speaks to us, through modern-day prophets, His living prophet on the earth today is President Gordon B. Hinckley, of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He speaks for the church as a whole, God will also reveal things to us pertaining to our family or ward or stake depending on the need.
HE LIVES! And He has not left us alone to fend for ourselves.

God is not dead, nor will he ever die, God is eternal. God has not forsaken you or anyone else. You just took a breath, I know you did and I know why you did, because God let you. We see him every day and every second that we breathe. But I have to agree with you although I know that God has not forsaken anyone, but the world is not doing anything to help it's case. We need to wake up and smell the roses.

Many people gave up on imaginary friends and such a long time ago. Where is god? You might as well ask, "Where is Santa Clause, the Tooth Fairy, or Harvey the Pooka?"

Nope, He's alive and well. Ask Mr. Mormon. He can explain it all to you. Ask God himself to find out if they're right.

I don't see why it isn't possible for God to die. A Creator of the Universe does not necessarily have to be immortal. You make a good point.
