Im tired of all the viruses and the spyware and whatever else limwire does to ruin your computer

limewire itself does not harm your computer!!! when you download something you are connecting to someone elses computer. thereby giving that person (if they know how to hack) an accesway to your computer. to avoid viruses dont download anything very big or anyhting that is taking a long time... also do not download any programs (.exe files)

My Dear Friend,
First of all, Limewire is Hard Spyware. It will demolish your entire computer system and throw all your personal information on share...I request you NOT TO USE LIMEWIRE AT ALL.
If U have used it...then..Get professional help and clean-up your entire System with Complete Anti Spyware program.
Better to use Bit-torrent software or more better buy a affordable CD/DVD.
Take care of your computer more...It will take care of you in coming days.

I don't experience too many problems with limewire, but I think that's because I've disabled a lot of the default settings (like launching when your computer is turned on, or access to itunes). I'm not connected to it very often, and make sure it really is closed when I want it to be.

Well, when i run LimeWire, I dont leave it running on the taskbar, I always close it. this prevents people from uploading from my computer. There really isnt any way to stop it unless you have a firewall. i use BlackIce and my computer is fine still... also you can get AVG for free and run that.
