Could u tell me what u go through and how it affect's u,please

My stomach hurts really bad after I eat raw vegetables in the evening. I have been prescribed Nexium and this seems to do the trick. Ocasionally when I don't think it is too bad I drink a glass of milk.

I used to get treated by the doctor for it but finally got it under control. Besides my meds I found that not laying down after meals helps. Also prop your head up on a second pillow at night. I also found that eating rice cereal (Like farina) helped absorb some of the acid when I needed instant relief.

It needs to be treated by the doc as left untreated it can cause espophogeal erosion. Since you stated it is bad for you see the doc to be sure you haven't already done to much damage by letting it go untreated.
