I'm a vegitarian too so I usually add some parsley, corn, and green beans and I add a lot of spices. Like Salt, Pepper, garlic and I sprinkle some mozzerela and cheddar cheese on top! Some Calamari or shrimp in it sounds good too! Yum! LOL! [=

In a wok saute bean sprouts and snow peas, just as they begin to soften add the prawns and a little soy sauce. Serve over rice, that's nice!

Tons of butter & garlic & wine! (Sub olive oil w/or wothout butter for that pesky health issue!) Add anything you may find interesting & tasty if you wish (basil, thyme, fennel seed or thinly sliced fennel bulbs). I would cook them shells on & peel & eat. Crusty sour dough baguet for dipping....Whoa! That is heaven to me!! A spicy salad (arugula, radiccio. curly lettuce) with a simple oil & vinegar drizzle. Kiss me goodnight!!

Sautee them with garlic, scallions and diced red bell peppers. Serve with saffron rice and you're eating good in the neighborhood.
