Magnesium deficiency is very common and usually overlooked by medical doctors. It can cause your symptoms. Find a doctor (that rare M.D., Chiropractor, or Naturopathic Physician) that is trained in nutritional assessment or a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN) and get tested for this and many other common nutritional, chemical, and/or toxicity problems that can cause your symptoms.

Best wishes and good luck.

Everyone is different, but I think it's useful for you to know that I've had the "flutters" since I was in my teens. I use to run cross country and had the same thing happen to me. I went to the doctor and they said all I had was a slight heart murmer, but not to worry. I'm almost 28 now and still get the flutters sometimes. I notice it happens a lot more when I'm stressed out or worried or overexcited. Otherwise I believe that I'm fine although it's been a couple years since my last doctor visit. Hope this helps you a little.

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway
