Dairy free will not change this. Why would you use jojoba OIL on oily skin? You need oil free products - cleanser and moisturizer. Also, consider getting blotting papers to help absorb oil during the day. They will absorb the extra oil so it's not sitting on your skin all day. Also, people in their 30's are just as prone to oily, spotty skin as teenagers are. See your doctor since there may be a prescription that can help you but also, be thankful that you have oils in your skin still at your age. It will help prevent wrinkles as long as you protect your skin from the sun. You'll continue to look younger while your friends don't.

A healthy balanced diet, but spots are genetic I am afraid. Maybe a good skin routine would be better. But you are going to get all the 'drink gallons of water' answers.
