I'm sure that gaining weight will be difficult for you to handle, since you've been struggling with anorexia for two years. But think of this: being anorexic kills lots of girls. Anorexia can cause so many health problems, like hair loss, getting sick often, heart and brain problems (including heart failure), infertility, osteoperosis, etc. Once you gain a little weight and get up to the average weight for a girl your age, you'll be healthier overall. You'll feel better, and you'll have a much lower chance of getting seriously sick. As an added bonus, your family and friends will be proud of you (plus they won't have to worry about you constantly), knowing that you worked hard to overcome an eating disorder in order to be healthy. You will be able to do more things if you're at a healthy weight. Congratulations on moving in the right direction.

massive hugs to you! i'm sorry that issues were so stressful for you and consider had such worry conceiving. those should be early being pregnant indications, or it should be remnants of the virus you had some weeks in the past. The nutrition aversions are a exceptionally solid signal, yet i will't say for particular. verify you're searching after your self, regardless. As difficult because it will be to confirm yet another unfavorable, you opt on to take a attempt. when you're pregnant you opt on to commence taking prenatal supplementations immediately (except you already are, then solid interest!). The tremendous mild, darkish bypass you had ought to were a dried blood discharge. this can take position from sex, implantation bleeding, or it should be idiopathic. solid success!

After you gain a little, like 5-10 pounds, try to find some old pictures of yourself. Compare those pictures to how you look now. I am sure you will be shocked at how much more beautiful you are being healthy and happier. You are a very brave girl.

hi sweetie. i don't suffer from anorexia but i do know that is is a mental disease. you have made the first step in admitting you have a problem and you want to be successful in beating this. so talk to your parents and see if there's a place they can afford to take you and more importantly get counseling it may help in thinking of some inexpensive ways to help you get healthy. i wish the best in getting and staying healthy. just know it won't be easy. take care.

You may not believe this but God will not put any challenge in front of you that you cannot handle without His help. The real challenge is that you actually have to admit that you can't do it on your own and that you need God's help. Pray and ask God for help and He will lead you through it.
God Bless.

Turn to religion. God wants you to be healthy, fit and balanced. He always loves you.
I know it sounds corny, but when you understand that there's a higher power you start to view your body and your place on earth differently.

The best thing i can offer you is try to relax and allow yourself to believe being thin is not what makes you beautiful.
Give yourself permission to eat.
Try to enjoy things you eat... try to savour tastes or textures in what you eat. Try to indulge in foods you might enjoy.
