I'm pretty sure they 'think' know, but they have no idea what I get up to.

Wait until you move out (if you already aren't). I was 16 when my mom found my copy of the Satanic Bible. Next thing I knew - the entire family was praying for me because I was, evidently, worshipping the Christian devil. It was very inconvenient and I had to start being more careful about hiding my books. Of course if you're out of the house - might I suggest a family function like a birthday or family dinner? I'd just come right out with it. "I don't believe in your religion, deal with it." Then you just go home and all is good. They'll get over it eventually.

As you've been at it for so long, and pursued the lifestyle so enthusiastically, they probably already know! [But if you want to make a lasting impression on them, cut off one of their heads, and present it to the other when you tell him/her the news. That'll let that one know that you are really committed to this, and it's not a passing fancy, like when you came in and told them you were a Trekkie, a couple of years ago!]

Thank you, come again!
