Call the vet for help. When they opened her up and cut away things, they may have damaged the uretha. Happens in human females.
The vet should check her and make sure nothing is wrong and maybe can give you some medication.
I bet she is suffering, not just from the surgery but from soiling the house.

I have this problem also. I got my lab spayed at 6 months old and she was fully house broken before the spay. Now she can't hold her bladder anymore. I called the vet and they gave me medication for her to treat a bladder infection...didn't work. 8 months later she still has accidents. It's so frustrating. I've tried re-housebreaking her but it hasn't been working either.

I have had 4 female dogs over the course of the last 15 years and have never had any post-spay trouble. At the age of 4-1/2 years and no other "unusual" house breaking trouble, I'd definitely consult your dogs veterinarian right away. Identifying the problem early will make treatment more successful.

Was she, or did she just finish being in heat when the operation was done-My Lab had the same problem, and it was because she wasn't finished with her cycle yet. The same thing happened to my aunts dog, for the same reason. I would consult your vet either way. A phone call is free, and its better to be on the safe side.

This happened to my Irish Setter years ago. It seems that once in a while their bladder gets nicked during the surgery and they can't let their bladder get as full as they used to, and they have accidents. I don't know what can be done, talk to a vet.
