Sometimes, he acts weird and he says he's only tired. But i know that's not him. I have to know whats wrong with him. I care!

Well if you know that his tiredness isn't really tiredness then you must have some idea of what it really is...no? maybe it would be best if you cooled it with him & see how he reacts to that...it's a risk yes! but at the end of it you'll at least have peace of mind one way or the other won't you? it might be that he is really tired becuz dat as happened with ma bf and it was da truth he was really tired.
