the first 2 answers said it all. One things for sure cirrohas of the liver is a serious condition, and you should do whatever your doctor tells you to do to help sustain your life. This disease can kill you.

The first answer gives lots of info, but misses auto immune disease, like the one I suffer from. It's incurable, but manageable and treatable. The final treatment a possible liver transplant. It is nothing to be blase about. BTW the correct spelling is Cirrhosis. Google it and see what you get.

Chirrosis of the liver can be caused through excess alcohol, disease or medication. The better news is the liver is the only organ in the body capable of rejuvenation. So if it is only slightly damaged there is some hope of recovery if cause of damage limited.

depends what info you want cerrosis of the liver is a killer if not caught in time but if caught can be cured my hubby had it but just scared his liver round edge so it healed its self with the help of tablets but if drinking heavy and get it if carry on will kill and not a nice death as i watched my friend die with that.
