If you are a blond then you lay on the horn and wait for help to arrive.
Anyone else would open the door and get out.

Roll down the window and climb through, run down the street to a payphone call 911, run back to the car and climb through the window to wait for help to arrive. Or if you have onstar you don't have to climb out you can just wait for a roadside assistant.
