feel tenderness or soreness in my neck,upper torso, buttocks and upper arm?

i had major surgery 12 days ago partial lung removal, but the soreness in my muscles have just started late yesterday, early today?

the pain you are feeling could be from the anestics and just the overall experience of the surgery. Your body is just adjusting.

I would discuss my concerns with the surgeon, and if you become worse, and can't stand the pain go to the emergency room. Better safe than sorry. Did your doctor say that you would experience this kind of soreness?
