because, you see, there's something called age of concent.

and it's a very silly concept--- it says (in effect) the following
if you're under under sixteen (usually) if you have sex with somebody they're automatically raping you, why? I don't know.

It does have to do with age of consent laws, which vary by state in the United States.
The focus is on those who would solicit children and try to meet them for sex. Sadly for some potential predators a 13 year old decoy is "too old" and not of interest.

Because 1) in some places 16 and 17 isn't illegal, 2) if the girl is younger then it makes the guy look like more of a sicko.
In the UK, 16 is the legal age, so right now the USA looks rather primitive as it is.
BTW Why don't they show any women pedophiles and try to trap them. They exist. There's one that lives next door to me.

I think the true pedophiles prefer to get as close to a little girl in appearance and maturaty as possible. Look how many "barely legal" i.e. 18 year old Playboy Playmates there have been that look like full on women. The pedophiles go for a type, not necessarily an actual number.

More of them would rather be with someone as young as they can get them, that is why they don't say they're older than 13-14. There are alot of 16-17 year old girls that look like women and they want someone younger than that. They're SICK like that!

Cause really the pedophiles look WAY WORSE the younger the decoys portray themselves as. Not only is it better television, but its easier to convict these freaks anyways.

idk... maybe 13-14-15-year-olds seem more vulnerable to them? That is unusual... I never realized it before.
