OK, weird answer but it works. Go home and get a fresh Gala apple. Cut it into exactly symmetrical pieces. Hid the peanut butter and wait an hour. Go looking for it again. Get it out and think of a weird way to open it. Make a perfect circle of peanut butter on a plat. Dip the apples in and alternate with 20 chews to each side.
Its tasty, but the point is that this whole time yo keep your mind off of chocolate. It is a helpful distraction, that's fun and Delicious.

This is going to sound crazy, but it works for me. I usually eat a banana if I have a chocolate craving but no chocolate at home. It has the same sweet creamy consistency as chocolate.
