Honey, congratulations - I think he's got a crush!! But at that age, it's kind of hard sometimes to get him to come to terms with it. He may like you, but he may be so afraid of you that he'll keep his loving glances on the other side of the room. You must tread carefully - return his glances, be nice and take his jokes about you with grace (boys like that). Hopefully this one is brave enough to ask you out or at least get closer...

hey, yeah i have the same problem. And i think the thing u shoudnt do is to show him that ur desperate to go out with him. Just flirt back, and see what hell do. Dont do the first step, cause sometimes, it scares guy.

I'd say he likes you,but the reason he doesn't say hi all the time is because he is shy to you because he likes you. All the sings you mention are all the right signs.

I think he likes you, but I'm not sure, because I do that to girls that I don't like too.
But, I'm 70% sure that he likes you. If you want to risk it, you could ask him out.
