If you speak to the Licensing Department of the Local Council of the area you would like to sell the drinks (Im presuming they are alcoholic) they should be able to advise you on the licensing issues there. If not, they should be able to tell you who can help you.

Oh PS you might also like to check the Licensing Act 2003 out on the web, its huge but just search for the part you are interested in! You're still best off speaking to your local authority. Good luck

Local authorities (councils) deal with licences to sell alcohol. It's a bit cold this time of year tho.

get in contact with the local council and ask them to send you some info, there is all sorts of things that go into this - you need a personal license, premesis license and a few other things your best bet is to ask the council and also check out the web link below its for the biiab - licence awarding body - for more info

Thanks....I hadn't ever thought about there being beaches in the UK. I hadn't seen any pictures or heard anyone talk about them, and I do have friends there. Though I do know there is water around most of it, I mostly hear of the cold weather there almost year round. Not quite like here in FL.

Sorry though, don't know anything about their permit laws.
