I have never heard of recycled condoms. Most used ones are thrown in the trash or placed in a bio-hazard container. The material is a natural rubber. It's real simple as far as recycling goes. The only problem is the bio-hazard. It would make more sense to manufacture condoms out of recycled material than it would to try to recycle condoms.
