malnutrition, exploitation of kids, missing an education.... why stop it?

I need help to gather to points as to why we must improve the social conditions of the world
especially those is South America for instance children not being able to go to school because being forced to work

Sorry to be so short, but the best answer is the shortest one: Because it's the RIGHT thing to do.
We should help people because it's right, not for what we can gain or feel or earn from it. It's not right for children to suffer, it needs to stop.

we have to stop the suffering of children around the world, and the best way to do it is to take real and constructive steps to reduce global overpopulation.

The only reason children are being forced into work, prevented from getting an education, and suffering from lack of food and medicines is because our planet is collapsing under the weight of Six and One Half BILLION people. It is simply too many, and in order to save the children who are here now, we've got to get serious about reducing the rate of overpopulation.

Anyone who truly cares about the children who are here on this planet will do everything they can to make their lives better - to make sure that the children who are already here will have some kind of a decent future.
