I just bought Windows Vista Prem Home upgrade. My worry is that my toshiba laptop might not be able to handle it. Will I be able to uninstall vista from the laptop and reinstall it into another laptop?

I believe you are allowed to transfer it 3(?) times as long as it's no longer running on the previous machine.

Vista will not install on it if it doesn't meet the minimum system requirements.
HOWEVER...
If you install it then go online and activate it and THEN want to move it to another laptop, you'll need to call Microsoft to get permission, per se, to install it on the other machine, while at the same time giving your word to remove it from the old one.
