I know if sounds weird, but you can make tuna salad with low fat ranch dressing instead of mayo, it's actually pretty good.

German potato salad uses vinegar and bacon drippings with potatoes and chopped onions. That is as unhealthy as mayo but it is not mayo officially since it has no eggs in it.
If you are just trying to minimize the fattening aspects of mayo you could try just adding a speck of it (and added vinegar) or else use some of the greasy water that is in the tuna can. That will make it moister but not add the egg and the tons of calories.

Sometimes I leave out the mayo for tuna. You could add a little oil & vinegar or sun dried tomatoes. For the potato salad, you could add pesto and/or sun-dried tomatoes. Maybe you might like one of these potato salad recipes.
New Potato Salad with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Dressing
Serving Size : 12
4 pounds new red-skinned potatoes
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed without oil
3/4 cup boiling water
1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
3 peeled garlic cloves
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon each salt and fresh ground black pepper
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 cups red grape tomatoes
1 1/2 cups yellow pear tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped red onion
Place potatoes in large saucepan. Add just enough water to cover and season with salt. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 25-30 minutes or until just tender when lightly pierced with the tip of a knife; drain and cool. Cut potatoes in half and set aside.
Meanwhile, in bowl, combine sun-dried tomatoes with boiling water. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain tomatoes and chop. In blender or food processor, place hydrated tomatoes, vinegar, garlic, pine nuts, sugar, salt and pepper. Blend or process until mixture is smooth. Gradually add the olive oil in a steady stream until well blended. Stir in basil.
Place cooled potatoes, tomatoes and onion in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with pesto dressing and toss gently to coat. Cover and chill salad for 8 hours.

Try a mix of yoghurt and oil (preferably olive oil) and you will end up with a great replacement imo. 90-10 or 80-20 will do fine, add a little salt, spices and herbs and bon appetit!

I'd use yogurt with some spices of your tastte, though if you put finely chopped celery in either i think it goes well with the yogurt without needing any extras.
