What is smooth in Latin as well?

Juice is indeed sucus, sometimes spelled succus. If you're looking for the 'smooth' to go with 'juice', you're going to need a different word. The 'smooth' in talking about taste and mouth feel in English has no relation to the 'smooth' that means level, even, polished, etc.

A good choice from Latin would be 'temperatus.'

Sucus temperatus means 'a juice well blended and mild.'

That seems close to the thought.

juice = sucus m; ~y sucosus

smooth = levis , teres; glaber; placidus, tranquillus (mare); levo 1; polio 4; rado 3; ~ness levitas f, lenitas f;
~tongued blandus.

can't find a translation for juice, but please find below all that i can find on smooth and it's definitions

aequor : to calm smooth sea.
erudio : to polish, smooth / instruct, teach, educate.
lenis : smooth /gentle, kind, mild.
lenitas lenitudo : smoothness, gentleness, mildness.
levo : to smooth, polish.
mitigo : to make mild or ripe, make smooth, pacify, appease.
sedo : to settle, smooth, calm, allay.
teres : rounded, polished, smooth, fine, elegant.
