I know my feet have grown since I was 18. Then I wore a size 8 shoe, and today I fit comfortably in a 9.
I also shrunk an entire inch which does not please me a single bit... Such is life.

my feet have increased over the years of standing on them all day
I was a size 7 1/2 @ age 18 now a snug size 8 at age 50
ring size @ 18 was 4 1/2 of course I weighed only #101
today ring size is a 6 ( I weigh #130)
the disease for feet/hands growing at alarming rate after age 21 is called acromegally

My feet grew a little long and wider by about 1 size between 18 and 24 and I grew 2 1/2 inches taller. I also gained 35 pounds but thats a whole other problem.
Your growth plates in your bones don't fuse until 24ish but don't expect to grow a foot or two.

When I had my only child when I was 23, I found I had grown a half size in shoes, a whole size in gloves and about half an inche to an inch in height. This is some time later, so nothing to do with fluid retention. I understand the growth hormones can affect the growth of adults, if the bones haven't quite finished fusing.

I haven't heard of anyone's hands or height increasing after age 18, and growth usually stops by then. Feet can get larger, sometimes during pregnancy, or maybe if the person becomes heavier as they get older.

Well, my bF stopped growing heightwise at 22 or so.
And for men, the average age at which growth of stature grows is 21!
18 or so for females.

But it is not unusual if this happens to a (Male) up to 21 years of age......
On the other hand, it is unusual for a (Female) to experience this after the age of 18...

Yes. You won't be done growing until you are 21-22.
And NO there is nothing you can do or take to make yourself taller. Not a thing. There are no vitamins, supplements, shakes, drugs, exercises, devices....nothing will make you taller.

well stupid my feet have been 5 in half sence i wuz in 8thgrade n my height been 5`5 sence 9th grade n i dont no bout my hands but my *** n titis have grown i think is bcuz i been having a lot of sex.n i been 18 already 8months
