Ask you doctor. Our yoga instructor had a C-section and she came back at 8 weeks but had to modify a lot of the poses for herself. Don't do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable and again, check with your doctor.

i don't think yahoo users are the best to ask about this questions. you are fresh out of surgery(c-section) you need time to heal. even when you think you are. my mom had us in the '70's 3 c-sections still get those pains. now i'm not saying wait 30yrs. but consult your doctor for further information.
thx.

I would consult your doctor. However, if your incision has healed you sould be ok. As long as you stop when you feel pain.
