I slice into serving sizes. The I sprinkle a little flour over it. Then I melt some butter in a skillet and saute some onions and green peppers for a few minutes. Then i add the pork pieces , stir, and then I add one can of beef broth and stir. I let all of this simmer for about 45 minutes. Then I add a cup ( or more ) of Half and Half cream and the juice of one lemon. Cover and simmer another 15 - 20 min, stirring frequently. Serve over rice or noodles.

I make our pork loin two ways. The first one is slice the pork tenderloin into thin slices, saute in olive oil until almost done.. Add sliced onion, red pepper and yellow pepper (or whatever color of pepper you like). Cook until crisp tender. I usually sprinkle some fresh ground pepper on. And serve over steamed white rice. The other is the Amazing Pork Tenderloin on allrecipes.com. Very good. I serve with a brown/wild rice combo cooked in chicken broth. Good luck.

We like to season bone-in or boneless pork chops with a rub or packaged seasoning (favorite is Durn Good rub from Durn Good Seasonings), lightly spray with Pam for Grilling and then grill to perfection using the cookout calculator for the specific cut of pork chop at charcoalbob.com.
Then put a little of your favorite barbecue sauce in a small dish (favorites are Momma Dips "Bone Sucking Sauce" or Jim's barbecue sauce) and use it as you would shrimp sauce to dip and make every bite juicy and delicious.

Make it sort of a Hawaiin Pork roast. Glaze it with equal measurements of apricot jam and soy sauce. Its really delicious. I just did it with chicken breast and it was awsome. Serve with rice.
