I am being serious here. Would you help her, even if it meant risking you slipping a disc or breaking one of your bones, and or would you ignore her, or call 911?

You that answered you would help her. How could you if she weighed this much?

Are you being honest?

She would probably need 5-6 people to help her. Not just one.

Call 911 for the paramedics.
Call her family, her family doctor.

I really doubt a 500lb woman would be walking on her own anyway. I see people who weigh less than that who have to use scooters to get around. Anyway, there's no way I could help her up, so I would call the police department and have them help, or I would ask other people if they could also help and then we'd all help her up.

Once, an elderly man fell on the sidewalk while I was driving past. His frail wife was trying to help him up and other cars just kept driving past. He had to have weighed somewhere around 300 lbs. I stopped the car, ran over to him to see if he was ok, and tried to help him up. Luckily, 2 of my friends saw me get out of my car and start running (in the opposite direction of their house) and followed me. Between the 3 of us, we helped him up and waited until he made it safely into his house. So, YES, I would try to help (as long as this person is not injured) even if it meant yelling for strangers to lend a hand.

I would try to help her and see if she's ok. If it isn't serious, I would ask other people around to help me to get her back up. If it's serious, I would call 911 and stay by her side till the ambulance arrives.

can she get up on her own?
I don't think I'd be much help weighing about 1/5 of her weight. If she couldn't get up on her own and requested that I called 9-1-1 for her then I would.

I would try with her help and maybe some others and if all that didn't work, I'd call 911.

Of course I would help her. What does her weight have to do with anything?

I would, however, stop short of injuring her or me by trying to do something I am incapable of. That doesn't help either of us.

One should always call 911 (or have a bystander do it) before pitching in at any emergency. That's the only way you get professionals on the scene.

Honestly? Yes I would try to help her. Normally it wouldn't be a problem since I usually have my husband and 2 sons with me. If I were by myself then I would find people to help.
