For over a year now most days I get nauseas from anything. I was wondering if there was anything that I could do, take, eat or drink that would help me from feeling like this.

Sounds like gastric reflux or Gerd . Can try OTC meds like Zantac or Pepcid. They may work for a while, but if it comes back, you will need something stronger by a script. Be advised, these will take up to a week to start working properly. Keep taking them even if you feel better or symptoms may return. If these don't help, consult Dr. as it could be something more serious like an ulcer or internal bleed. These reduce the amount of acid your stomach produces. Nothing you change in your diet except maybe caffeine or smoking will help with these diseases much.

Go to the doctor. There are over-the-counter drugs you can buy, and ginger tea, or ginger ale can help, but they're only temporary fixes for the symptoms. You need to find out what's wrong and get it taken care of. Call the doctor.

There are medications for nausea.

However, more importantly, you should find out why you get this way after eating. See your doctor.
