I have someone disabled that cannot peel them

In a sealed plastic dish or press-seal or zip-lock plastic bag in the fridge. Can be left out of fridge for a few hours before being eaten. Salt & pepper recommeded, but optional.

You can put em in the frige witout peeling them. But just don't get them mixed up with the raw ones. But i usually use a zip lock bag and store them in the frige till I need them.

Put them in a bowl and cover with cling wrap so the smell doesnt go through the fridge.
