what is the differance between a dw 9096 xrp power pack and a dw 9099 power pack?

The only difference I can see is that the 9099 will recharge slightly quicker (45 minutes, vs the 9096's 60 minutes) when put on the "fast charge" position.

Both are 18 V supplies and can be recharged on the same DeWalt chargers - including both 120 V and 12 V types.
