Well there is this guy i like at my church in the youth group. When we all sit down in the room he'll look at me and we will make eye contact for a sec and then he'll look away, and he does that over and over till class ends... And when he does something funny he always looks at me to see if im laughing or something. He acts all nervous when around me or talking to me. Are his signals good or bad? Are those signals telling me that he likes?

yes he likes you......he cares about getting your approval when he does something funny. If he didn't like you, he wouldn't be too nervous to make eye contact with you or act nervous around you.
You need to send him some strong signals back, because he is nervous, he is going to talk himself out of approaching you for fear of rejection. Make the first move to show him you are interested in hi, so his fear of rejection is less. When he makes eye contact next time, smile and mouth the word hi.

It sounds to me like he likes you, but also like he's shy, you're going to have to make the first move. Wait until class is finished and go and say hi and start chatting with him, try to become friends and see how things go from there. It means that, if he does like you back, the relationship could go far and you could have a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, or you could ust become very good friends if he doesn't actually like you in that way, and it will also save any embarrassment of you just heading straight upto him and asking him out. I think his signals are showing that he likes you!
And if you like him back, I think you should send a few signals of your own, like when he looks back to see if you laughed, smile at him. When you make eyecontact, be sure to smile...and if you walk past him, gently brush his arm with yours.. "on accident" of course or say something simple like "Hi" when you pass by him. Just to let him know that you're interested.

I think those are some good signs! :) try talking to him, make some nice calm conversation. He seems like the cute, shy kinda guy. So i bet he is somewhat interested, if not alot. Hope everything goes well! :)
