Yes there is a good chance ur body is stressed out and one symptom of anxiety is heart palpitations. Believe me I know exactly what it feels like. It can happen anytime whether laying down or taking a walk. It is pretty scary because you don't really have an underlying cause such as illness causing it. My heart is fine as well. I have been through many tests such as yourself and they said its fine. However when I was younger I developed tachycardia where my heart starts to be really fast for no apparent reason. It comes and goes but it is really nothing major. I don't think you have that problem but I do think you may have some stress going on within you and your body that is causing your heart to "flutter". Anxiety also causes flatulence "gas". If you do have anxiety that gets severe you may need to speak with someone to discuss what maybe bothering you. Or just take some time out to relax from playing soccer. Whatever works best. Good Luck.

I don't blame you for being scared. I have heart flutters now and then (I am a runner). When it first happened (about ten years ago) I started planning my funeral. The doctor did a lot of tests and nothing was wrong that they could find. They asked how much caffeine I consumed and told me to reduce it. That did the trick! Now if I drink a Red Bull or too much coffee, cola, etc. I will get the heart flutters again so I know that is what it is. It still freaks me out when it happens but at least I know what the cause is.

Being just 15 years old, I would say it is anxiety/panis disorder. To be sure, I would get another Drs. opinion. This is a poor place to try to get health issues solved. Some of the thins that is going on is common for the teens and all the stress they go thru at this age. My advice would be get a second opinion from a real Doctor.

I believeyour doctor has told you right regarding your condition of heart flutters and however you can always get your parents to get a second opinion. Also do something active and creative if you know of any fears present.

It sounds like PVCs to me. Unless you get many in a row, they are basically harmless. Everyone gets them. Anxiety, stress, gas, and just lying in the wrong position can cause them. If you are worried, see a cardiologist.

Sounds like it could be anxiety. Try mediation or yoga. Listen to your doc.
