Yeah I thought 1st was kissing only, 2nd was feeling up (under or over shirt and pants), 3rd was nude play times such as oral and 4 is all the way baby???

first base is making out and feeling on top of clothes, 2nd is above the waist under shirt, third is below the waist under clothes, and home is obvious. going to third is fine and safe home is the big step, so just sit back and enjoy

Your too young to go to 3rd or even second. Stay on 1st. Just hole hands, peck kiss, and no feeling up.
