T'es qu'un tas de merde (your are a hip of sh*i*t)

We do have a real equivalent. 'T'en es plein' does not mean anything.

We can try also ' t'es qu'un con pretencieux' which is roughly ' you are a count full of yourself'

Would this be good enough ?

Well, you could say "mon oeil". It's colloquial sort of meaning I'm calling your bluff. The gesture that goes with it is that you pull the skin below your right eye downward, using only your right index finger.

To use "plein" means pregnant. :)

on the other end, mon oeil is a good translation. "C'est ca" (yeah right) would word too
