to give up smoking, any helpful hits or tips would be appreciated.

Just wanted to say good luck! Having lots of healthy food in the fridge for munching and lots of water or orange juice would help too. Down a glass of fresh orange juice when you have a craving.

Well, for starters, my state is begining to become smoke-free and we are trying to find ways to prevent people to continue the habit. One, you could find a activity that you enjoy and get you mind off of it and sticking to it may help. or you could talk to a person that you can trust and may take their advice in quitting and how they did it. You may try to chew on something, like gum, to prevent the habit or try to tell them to stop and maybe thaty could be an influence upon them. chew a lemon then think of a ciggie in your mouth then do it again then youll trick the brain into thinking of this vile taste when you smoke! it works the brain is so powerful trick it!

lollipops are helpful, they gave my hand something to do when wanting a ciggie, good luck on giving up
