After observing both groups debate on this forum, how are their outlooks on life different, alike ?
common atheist vocabulary: sky daddy, control, fear, money basket, pink unicorns, science/logic, bronze-age men, fiction, etc...
common christian vocabulary: Jesus Christ,salvation, faith, love, truth,sins, prophecies, heaven, hell, etc...

I'm neither. I think the difference is realistic and logical vs. fantastic and emotional. But I think there are Christians who are realistic and logical just as there could be Atheists who are fantastic and emotional. They're alike in that they hold a sincere belief in what they do and/or don't believe.

I follow the guidance of the holy spirit of God
I actually do, I hear the voice of God, within me.I do what its says for me to do. as I try to do gods will.in this life. I follow no religion.
I have researched and been into many religions,have found out much about spiritual awareness.have had true realizations.that i hold dear.and have learned by.each should go their own way in life thru the Spirits guidnace. .not to be held down by religious dogmas.is my feelings and beliefs about this what you say.and ask.Peace

Why are you assuming that everyone on this forum is one or the other?
And you left out "eternal damnation" from the common Christian vocabulary. They like to threaten that a lot.

I'm a little disappointed you didn't mention that there are other options, but I have used "sky daddy" and "Invisible Pink Unicorn" today if that helps.

Neither, it may come as a complete surprise to you, but not everyone thinks in terms of are you saved or damned, or are you black or white? The concepts of Taoism is not black vs white, it is black, grey and white.
