I've had my on her for about a week, (We only see each other in the halls.) So today I grew the balls to talk to her. Did'nt go as I wanted it to. I said "Hey, I'm Greg." (no answer or response from her, and I got kind of a weird look?) So then, I'm like, "What's up?" She said " Oh nothing..." (Quietly might I add.) Then just kind of walked away. Did I do anything wrong? Is it just the girl? Just me? Should I try again, and if so, what should I say this time? Or should I just move to the next one and forget about her?

shes probably really shy and insecure. when i was in highschool when boys did that to me, i felt like they were doing it rudely like, they werent interested like someone had dared them to. (so childish i know.) but maybe she does like you, you didnt do anything wrong, shes probably really shy, really scared and confused about where your coming from, so next time you see her in the hall, just be like "hey about yesterday, i didnt mean to offend you or anything, you seemed upset?" (or something like that, she'll see ur a great guy & if shes interested ull know)

Hey I am a freshWoman to lol. Well she sounds shy. Get with her friends find out about her. I am sure it has nothing to do with you. Maybe next time say "Look I didnt get your name, what is it?" and if she says it then say "Do you wanna sit with me at lunch or wanna hang out" try that. Use other excuses like project and u need a partner. Dont move on too quickly she may just need a little push so your best chances are her friends ;] Good Luck!

If you like her, go for it... Try once again. I think what you did was pretty good... maybe she's just shy, maybe try sitting next to her at lunch or something when she's around a few friends. Just start friendly conversations with her, nothing too pushy. If you think she's starting to like you (even as a friend) u can try telling her how you feel. See how it goes, hope i helped you! :) good luck!
