I have black heads on my nose and occasional zits and I'm trying to find a good face wash??

That sucks, I know and its freakin high maintaneace too!
So here is what I do, I use biore pore strip for the nose once a week, I use St Ives apricot scrub with blackhead control twice a week and make sure you mask your face everyweek. I use biore hot mask in the winter and peel off in the summer. You can squeeze blackheads out if you have time but its hard to do and it hurts. Not sure how bad yours is tho..so anyways
Oh and regularly I use noxema with citrus. Its awesome!
This should reduce your blackheads. It will NEVER go away completely.

The best face wash would be a good old fashion wash. Boil water and put your face over it then put a towel over your head. Make sure you don't put your face in the water. After 15 mins. use warm water and wash your face with face soap. Then rinse with cold water and pat dry then use moisterizer. Although this may seem long trust me it works !

I just read Dr. Dense's book. She recommends a substantial regimen of an alpha hydrox cleanser, a toner, glycolic acid face pads, microdermibration and chemical peels. If you have the money for that, go for it. It's all for sale on her website or QVC.
