I just adore cheese...
It doesn't matter the color or the type
White, Yellow, Blue, stuffed , Ordinary, Cremy, Melted, hard, Spread, ...etc. Luv it all...
But it is known that Blue Cheese if served for People of High Class & Taste... I congratulate you for your distinction...
Goat Type is more nutritious than Cow Cheese...and tends not to harm those who are sensetive to Cheese....
I cannot imagine life without cheese....
Will go and have some when done with this answer.....!!!!
