what does iodine have in it as ingredients? im allergic to seafood need to get a cat scan?

Iodine doesn't have any ingredients as it is a chemical element. You can find it in iodized salt in your neighborhood grocery store.

When I get a cat scan I tell them to give me the "other stuff". They know what that is.

Iodine is a basic element. In other words, it doesn't get any purer.
