I think you should gradually try to get with him. Like maybe ask him to the movies or the mall just to learn more about him and see how he feels about you. If you can tell he likes you, then on Valentines day tell him how you feel and you'll have a new bf. But remember - dont rush into anything until you know he likes you back or you can get hurt

Safe places for not really OFFICAIL couples, the mall, the beach, the park, anywhere even SCHOOL...dont wait till v-day b/c chances are someone will ask him to be there valentine make sure your first and by v-day maybe you will get more than chocolate kisses.............<3
