medical advice needed for Creatimine and urea levels?

hi all hope you can help, my mum is 89, and has atrial fibrilation, however she has just had a blood results back and the levels have double in the last year

creatimine levels 109 to 209 in the last year
urea levels 25 to 15 in the last year

doctor has lowered the 80 mg frusemide dose to 40 mg, however I am just wondering what affect this would have? and also if thiis does not work what can be done? I only ask this question as I have not had much luck with several doctors, and I had to insist on a blood test when she previously had digoxin toxicity (however the doctors did not believe me, she ended going to hospital with it). Her kidneys are becoming very inefficient. Hopefully, you can get a referral to a nephrologist and get more information.
