I am looking for a classic car or hot rod hobby car. I like 30s and 40s cars and trucks. I need something that is running and driving and registered. I can handle any cosmetics. I have about $5000. Please be in the western US. I will travel.

Just be prepared to sink 2 to 3 times that amount into whatever you buy to make the restoration proper. restoring these babies aint cheap.
