Ive never heard of anyone eating eyes but tongue is quite tasty especially in tacos.

The best type of eyes to eat are cow eyes(female).They have a sort of gyclemic acid in it which lowers blood pressure levels and raises your metabolism (system which burns calories) by 7 percent.It is best when it is fried with lard.
