I would suggest Yahoo! I just used yahoo to create my Joe Lara the plumber website. The wizard was very easy to use and the fees were only 8.95 for the first three months, then it goes up to 11.95 each month after that. I am terrible with computers, but was able to do this web page by myself. Now I just need to have my 16 year old son clean it up and change the fonts and add a few photos.

www.tripod.com has a good site builder for free, if you want more features it costs a little. But you don't download it, it's all online on their server, you do it all online, just log back in when you want to modify it. You don't have to know html, it converts it for you!! A good site for those who don't know about programming, but want a website!! It's pretty cool, you can upload pictures, etc, and they will not censor it, so whatever you want goes.........

I use ACT HTML editor, it has templates and forms and tables along with css creators, it also has a code verifier,, free also, try it

dreamweaver( for coding), and photoshop( for image editing). you can download both from www.adobe.com. try the trial version before you decide to buy.
