Help! Is there a "easy" website where I can download TV on PC Elite free without any problems?

Everytime I tried to download it . I get hung up for 10 or 15 minutes
and it doesn't download on my PC. Please help me I really want this software so I can watch it on my computer. I want to download it for free.
