1 hour and 45 minutes at 350 make sure you keep your foil on tight until the last 10 minutes so it will be tender and brown if your using stuffing that will also be brown after 10 minute good luck :)

EHow has a nice set of instructions:
Instructions
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. STEP 2: Remove chicken from its plastic bag, if it is in one. STEP 3: Remove the bag of giblets from the cavity of the bird. STEP 4: Remove any large deposits of fat from the cavity. STEP 5: Trim any loose skin with a sharp knife. STEP 6: Remove the tail, if you want, or leave it on. It's an aesthetic decision. STEP 7: Place a roasting rack in a baking pan with sides at least 1 inch high. STEP 8: Place bird on the rack with its breast-side up. STEP 9: Grind fresh pepper onto the bird, and sprinkle with a little salt. Salt and pepper the cavity as well. Rub all over with olive oil and stuff with fresh herbs and a quartered lemon, if desired. STEP 10: Place the baking pan on an oven rack in the lower-middle part of the oven. STEP 11: Roast 45 to 60 minutes or until the juices run clear when a sharp knife is inserted into the joint between the body and the thigh or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165 degrees at the same joint. STEP 12: Remove chicken from oven, cover loosely with foil and let rest 10 minutes before carving.

You should thaw the chicken if it is frozen. Take out the giblets inside if any. Rub salt inside and outside. You can use herbs like sage or rosemary in the rub. An onion inside the bird with or without some celery works good too, but that is optional. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour to an hour and a half. Test it by moving the drumstick. If it moves easily it is done. Be sure to use a towel to protect your hands. That's how I do it. Here are some other ideas;

I have a Weber 21 inch dome grill. I put about five pounds match light charcoal in a pyramid and leave it alone when the coals turn white I put a whole seasoned chicken with two links smoked sausage in the cavity on the opposite side from the coals and turn it over every 30 minutes for three hours. This is the best chicken ever, After three hours wrap the chicken covered with barbecue sauce in a double layer of aluminum foil for about 20 minutes.

season well stick some herbs and a lemon cut in 1/2 inside and then on the oven breast side up (cover with foil for the first 1/2 of the cooking time) roast at 350* / 375* for 45 min. to 50 min. depending on oven or until temp. on meat reaches around
175* / 180* degrees, then take out of oven and let it rest for 10/15 min. covered with foil so wen you carve it is tender & jucy.

General rule is 20 minutes a pound at 350 degrees. So your chicken should take one hour fourty minutes. If your chicken is stuffed adjust to 30 minutes a pound. Hope this helps.

Always go by temperature, not time. Time is only a general indicator of doneness. Temperature in the breast or thigh will tell you when it's done. I believe doneness for chicken is 180 degrees. You can pull it out at 170-175 at it will continue to cook internally even out of the oven. Time is only a rough estimate.
