There is a guy I really like and he has made it clear that he likes me. We are really busy in our careers so we have to just find time whenever to see each other. However, after we have spent alot of time together and everything has gone great, he just kind of disappears for a week or so. We have not had a relationship talk cause I don't want him to feel like I'm pushing. I have told him I think he is amazing. I just don't know what is going on.

Who cares if he thinks your pushy. If you want to know if you are having a relationship ask him. If you can't talk to him about this simple thing, then what are you going to do when really big issues arise? You simply say "Listen I would like to know if this is exclusive or if I should continue dating other people" No matter what his answer, let it go. If he tells you he likes things the way they are and you are happy with that, then continue to see him. Otherwise move on. You are obviously feeling anxious and that anxiety will not go away without an answer to your question.

Sounds like he may just be confused and doesnt really know what he wants. Give him a chance to come back and then try to talk to him about it. Dont let him feel smothered, but let him know how you feel.
