I WANT TO BELIEVE IN SOMETHING BUT IM CONFUSED(IM STILL LOOKING FOR MY GOD ..AND VERY CONFUSE..HELP.!)

God is a result of Human desire, Human needs and Human projection and that these explain even
the personal experience of God more rationally than the conclusion that God really exists.
Most religions have the same basic purpose, only differing in how they see things. In that light, I'd say there is no "correct" one. People invent their own realities.

Okay, let's assume for the moment that there is a Supreme Being.
The answer to "why are there so many different religions" might be, because different cultures perceive that Supreme Being in different ways and tailor their religions accordingly. Same thing with individuals within a culture: different interpretations give rise to different denominations of faiths like Chistianity, for example.
As to why the various Gods don't stop their folllowers from killing each other... well, some religions do preach tolerance for other faiths and don't really try to convert other people to their cause. As for the other religions who DO preach intolerance, or whose followers tend to be belligerent, that might also be a function of culture or personality as expressed in religion. And in these cases, it certainly seems that whatever Supreme Being exists doesn't care to take a hand in their disputes.
Why? Perhaps the Gods believe that ultimately we have to make our own decisions and reap the rewards or pay the consequences. Perhaps human happiness and peace just isn't at the top of Their priorities list.

The ancient Greeks and Romans thought so. Some cultures still do. But I can't imagine there being more than one supreme creator if it does exist at all. I recommend that you find a private way to worship the creator you come to believe in. Keep it private and personal, or just in your family.
